Beyond the district: CHFD in Puerto Rico

Cayuga Heights Firefighter and Cornell student Aoife Casey (pronounced Ee-fa Cay-see [it's Celtic]) spent part of her Winter break leading a team in Puerto Rico, helping to rebuild homes and clear debris from the devastation of Hurricane Maria.
