This morning (02/22) at 0513 CHFD was requested on a FAST (Firefighter Assist and Search Team) assignment to Dryden for a working structure fire. CHFD 261 and 203 responded.
A fully staffed Engine 203 and 261 arrived and were assigned to establish the FAST staging area. CHFD units assisted with fireground operations, including fire attack, truck company operations and coordinating water supply. CHFD units were on scene for approximately 3 hours before being released by Dryden Command. All CHFD units were clear and back in service at 0811. As always, we are proud to assist our mutual aid partners.
